How long does shipping take?

We ship nationwide across Indonesia. Orders within Java typically arrive in 2–3 business days. Outer islands may take 4–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship outside of Indonesia?

Currently we only ship within Indonesia. International shipping is something we're working toward — stay tuned for updates.
How much does shipping cost?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear that has been worn. Please contact us at hello@steelskin.id to initiate a return.
Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes! If your size doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for the right one. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Reach out to us and we'll sort it out quickly.

What fabric are your underwear made from?

Our boxer briefs are made from Siro-spun Micromodal® (92%) and Elastane (8%). Micromodal is a premium fiber that is 3x softer than cotton, moisture-wicking, odor-resistant, and breathable — perfect for Indonesia's climate.
How do I choose the right size?

Our products run true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Check our size guide on each product page for waist measurements in centimeters.
How do I care for my steelskin underwear?

Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or air dry. Do not iron directly on the waistband. Following these instructions will keep your underwear in peak condition for longer.
